Silva Baum is a graphic designer based in Berlin, Germany. In various collaborations, she creates campaigns, publications, websites, and visual identities for cultural and commercial clients. Typography is a key aspect of her work, as is a dedication to developing concepts that are authentic to each project. She enjoys exploring narrative structure and making information both exciting and accessible in all kinds of print and digital applications. Feminist aspects of design, communication, and work form the basis of Silva’s practice, and she is interested in sustainability and accessibility in design.

Before setting up her own studio, Silva worked as a designer for exhibition design studio Schwerdtfeger & Vogt and as a freelance designer for various agencies. Since 2021 she is a member of the Rimini Berlin team. As part of notamuse she is co-author, editor and designer of “notamuse – A New Perspective on Women Graphic Designers in Europe”. 
Silva holds a B.A. in Design from Münster University of Applied Sciences (2015) and an M.A. in Communication Design from HAW Hamburg (2017).
